Since 2006, I have taught about the wood and wine harmony at DUAD at the ISVV of Bordeaux. Study or research partnerships with universities in Bordeaux, Toulouse, Stellenbosch (South Africa). Analysis partnership development between the University of Stellenbosch and TWCS within winery services..
