An example of current development action in Algeria: the Société des Grands Crus de l’Ouest, winemaker and trader (20 million litres approximately).

I started to work with this company in 2001 as an oenologist. First, we put winemaking and bottling methods in place. We are now starting a development process. With the aim of opening up exportation, we reinforced hygiene standards according to the HACCP method. We also developed a new range of quality products, as well as conceived new structures for international distribution. I managed a recruitment plan in order to fulfil these objectives.
